Lo primero que debes hacer para implementarlo en tu blog es crear una sección de Índice. Para ello entra en Plantilla | Edición de HTML y antes de </head> pegar este script:

Luego crear una nueva entrada o una nueva página y en la sección de la pestaña HTML de la misma pega esto:

Cambia el texto rojo por el de la URL de tu blog.
Luego debes dirigirte a Diseño->Elementos de página->Añadir un gadget->HTML/Javascript.
Y seguidamente pegar el siguiente código:
